School Administrator is the only person that can manage (add or remove) teachers of their school. Subscription is for a whole school to use, so all the teachers can be added to your school’s subscription. Only the amount of students is restricted, depending on the subscription package, which you can always upgrade. 

Sharing the School ID

Only the School Administrator can share the School ID.

  1. Go to the School page on TeacherGaming Desk. On the top of this page you can see if you're currently the administrator of your school.
  2. Click on Invite Teachers and then Use School ID.
  3. Share the School ID code with your colleagues and instruct them to do as described here: How to join a school on TeacherGaming Desk.

Inviting by Email

Only the School Administrator can send the email invitations.

  1. Go to the School page on TeacherGaming Desk. On the top of this page you can see if you're currently the administrator of your school.
  2. Click on Invite Teachers button and then Invite by Email
  3. Write the email addresses of the teachers you want to invite, and they’ll receive an invite link. Note that each teacher have to create an account on Desk to be able to join the school.
