School administrator can set limits to the number of students each teacher can create on TeacherGaming Desk. With this feature the school administrator can ensure every teacher gets the number of Student ID's they need. (What is Student ID?) The same limit can be set for every teacher, or it can be individually set for each teacher.
- To enable the student limit feature, go to the School page on TeacherGaming Desk. Above the list of all the teachers there's a Student Limit selection. Set it active.
Setting a common limit
- To set a common limit for all the teachers, click Change next to the Student Limit selection and set the number. Now every teacher can create only as many Student ID's as you set. Note: If the teacher has already created more students than the limit you set, the students will not be erased.
Setting individual limits
- You can also set individual limits for each teacher. On the Students column of the teacher list click the Change. Now you can change the number of students the teacher can create. Note: If the teacher has already created more students than the limit you set, the students will not be erased.
- On the teacher list you can see the number of Student ID's and limits set for each teacher. The first number states how many Student ID's teacher has already created, and the second number states the limit you have set.
